Is this not the cutest, most excited face you've ever seen? He was so excited for his first day of preschool! He even let me take some pictures of him and was in a great mood as he got ready. My favorite part was when I asked him to stand up for me so I could take a picture of how big he was and he said, "Yea, I'm 12, 8!" He must have heard us comment a few times about how he was 12 lbs 8 oz when he was born, but I never realized he caught onto it! I couldn't stop laughing. When we got there he was so excited to go in and see his teacher. He could have cared less that I was leaving him there and even said to his teacher, "My mom's just going to leave without me, ok?" Such a silly boy! I'm so proud of him and what a big boy he was. He's so sweet and so smart and it was so fun to see all the cute little things they did today. He came running out to me when I picked him up and told me that they got to watch a movie. I asked what it was and he couldn't remember and ran back and asked his teacher, "What was that movie we watched?" I'm sure she'll be getting a good laugh out of all of his silliness this year.

ahhhhh. First of all, i love his haircut...he looks SO big. And i am impressed he is so adapted that he just ran in and didn't look back. Kind of a bittersweet thing when they grow up on us, huh? What a cutie!
I really just got kind of emotional about this. I can't believe he is so big. Makes me wish my kids were that "big" agin. His teacher is going to LOVE him!
SOOOOO CUTE!! Wow, he is getting big so fast and I have yet to meet the cutie! Unacceptable!
