We are dog sitting our old dog Phoebe. The kids love it. Phoebe isn't too sure about them. This morning she was actually being calm and letting them pet her (maybe because they were being calm and not pulling on her...) She rolled over so they could scratch her belly. The following is an actual conversation:
Gavin: Mom, what are these?
Me: If Phoebe had babies, that's where she would feed them.
Gavin: But she will have babies when she gets bigger. And gets married. Know how you marry dogs?
Me: How?
Kenna: You marry them in a dog temple!
Me: A dog temple? Where is the dog temple?
Gavin: Well, we could just build one.
From this we can deduct one of 2 things...They know that you don't have babies until you get married. You should get married in the temple. Even dogs.
